I respect your opinion, but this is just a Flash animation, you can't say "Anime in general sucks" by just watching this. Ashita No Nadja/Tomorrow's Nadja, Kaleido Star and the Gundam series are, in my opinion, good examples of great Japanese works, maybe you can give them a chance before saying that ALL Anime suck.
But it's OK if you don't like Anime. In fact, I think is kinda logical that, if a person who is not interested very much in Anime watches something like Cooking Sama, will end up hating ALL Anime...
But that's why you can't judge "Anime in general" because of this single Flash Animation. I think is like saying that I hate all the people of a city just because I know one of them and I dislike him/her.
Of course, there are very good Anime shows, and there are very bad ones, but all of them are different.

I didn't say that anime in general sucks because of a flash movie, I said it because I honestly believe that generally anime lacks animation, expression and realistic movement. While I respect your opinion, I watched clips on Youtube of the works you mentioned and doesn't seem convincing to me.
